Strawberry Cream Smoothie

Fruit and yogurt smoothies are a great post-workout drink or a nice snack in between meals to keep you boosted with energy. These fruits contain a lot of antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, and potassium.

If you like your smoothie extra sweet, you can add some whole natural dried fruits like dates.




Strawberry Cream Smoothie

Course: Drinks
Servings: 1
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • Juice of one orange, remove the seeds
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 

  2. Option: for extra thickness, add ice
