Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I love adding coconut milk to my smoothie. If you’re looking for a good post workout smoothie, this is the perfect one for you. The creamy texture will surely satisfy your hunger and it tastes like having a dessert in a good way. You can also substitute the strawberries for pineapple and you’ll have a healthy virgin Pina Colada.

So simple, so easy!

 

Let’s Blend

 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 13oz. canned coconut milk
  • 3 dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds on high or until smooth. Top with some dark chocolate shavings and coconut flakes...and you're good to go!
