Yes! The weather outside is starting to look like Spring and we’re in for a refreshing smoothie. Get your blender ready and make sure you have your ice ready in the freezer. Mornings are pretty busy for me, and the best way to get my power breakfast is to make an easy, simple smoothie. Let’s start blending!
This mango smoothie is also good for when a sweet tooth is calling you. A great snack!
- 1 ripe mango pitted
- 1 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Top with dark chocolate chips or shavings and unsweetened coconut flakes.
For extra thickness add ice.
Option: add a scoop of vegan protein powder
