How To Make It

TRIM AND CUT THE CAULIFLOWER INTO FLORETS
  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cauliflower to the bowl and toss until the pieces are coated in the batter.
  5. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter until combined.
  8. Toss the cauliflower until each piece is coated in the sauce.
  9. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
