Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for the vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter for the vegan option)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add the cauliflower to the bowl and toss until the pieces are coated in the batter.
  • Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter until combined.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce mixture over the top.
  • Toss the cauliflower until each piece is coated in the sauce.
  • Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
