Let’s face it, it’s not always easy to incorporate all green vegetables and fruits into our diet, but by blending, it becomes easier to live a lot healthier. So many superfoods we can add to our blended smoothie especially this time of the year, all kinds of berries, fresh fruits and leafy green vegetables. As we all know superfoods are nutrient-rich foods and considered to be beneficial for health and well-being.

- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup peach
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder, I use The Natural Citizen
- 1/2 cup cold water
- ice, option
Place spinach in the blender first, then cover with the rest of the ingredients.
Process at high speed until well combined (you may need to carefully stop and press the spinach down a few times).
You may want to add ice or more cold water, depending on how cold and thick you like your smoothie. Enjoy!
