PORK:

  • Boneless pork chops or pork loin: Cut the pork into thin slices (1/4 inch thick). The thinner you cut the meat the faster they cook.
  • Salt and pepper: Season the meat with salt and pepper.

SKILLET:

  • Bell pepper: I used one red bell pepper, you can use any color of bell pepper. Cut the pepper and remove the seeds. Then slice into thin strips.
  • Red onion: You can also use yellow onion. Use one small red onion or use half of one large onion and slice it.
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • A handful of parsley: You can also use green onions. Roughly chop parsley for garnish.

BALSAMIC GLAZE:

  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Honey
  • Garlic: You can grate the garlic or use a garlic press.
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste: or use red chili pepper flakes.
