Strawberry Banana Smoothie
I love adding coconut milk to my smoothie. If you’re looking for a good post workout smoothie, this is the perfect one for you. The creamy texture will surely satisfy your hunger and it tastes like having a dessert in a good way. You can also substitute the strawberries for pineapple and you’ll have a healthy virgin Pina Colada.

Ingredients
- 1 13oz. canned coconut milk
- 3 dates
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds on high or until smooth. Top with some dark chocolate shavings and coconut flakes...and you're good to go!
