One Pan Baked Chicken and Vegetables
Start your weekend with an easy dinner recipe. This fuss-free dinner is so simple and quick yet full of flavor that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast thinly sliced
- 1 any color bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium red onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Line the chicken and vegetables on the pan. Season them well with smoked paprika, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
- Serve with steamed brown rice or quinoa. You'll have dinner for 3 days with no fuss!
- Note: You can use any vegetables you like. You may also use beef and turkey breast if you like.
