Lobster Scampi
So simple and easy to make but so flavorful! My cousin was so generous and gifted me a huge bag of lobster claws. There were maybe 10 cooked lobster claws in that bag. I just use my kitchen knife to cut through the shells and pulled out the lobster meat. Yes, it’s that easy! The sauce is so flavorful and there are only six ingredients.
