- 8 oz. pasta, cook according to the package
- 8 oz. lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- Juice of one lemon
- Zest of one lemon
- Salt to taste
Heat the pan with oil, add the butter, keep stirring until the butter melts. Add the garlic, saute for a minute or until aromatic.
Season the garlic with salt and red chili pepper flakes, stir to combine. Add the lobster, stir until well heated. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese, stir until well incorporated.
Add the pasta, stir to mix, make sure the pasta is well coated with the lobster sauce. Add the basil, stir until wilted. Sprinkle more Parmesan before serving.
