Ingredients

CRUST:

  • Graham Craker Crumbs – Place 2 sleeves of graham crackers in the food processor and pulse until it resembles crumbs or sand. Or you can buy a package of graham cracker crumbs. 
  • Unsalted Butter – Melt the butter in the microwave.

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

  • Cream cheese – Softened or room temperature.
  • Heavy Cream – adds creaminess to the filling
  • Powdered sugar – for sweetness
  • Pure vanilla – adds flavor

TOPPINGS:

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries (option)
  • Blueberries
  • Honey

How To Make Triple Berry No-Bake Cheesecake

Time needed: 2 hours and 15 minutes

  1. MAKE THE CRUST:

    Combine the butter and graham cracker crumbs, then stir until the crumbs are moistened. Press them on an 8″ tart pan or pie dish, pressing the crust up the sides of the pan. Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour to an hour.

  2. MAKE THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

    Meantime, place the cream cheese in a bowl, and mix until creamy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Add the heavy cream and vanilla, then continue mixing until smooth. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

  3. TOPPINGS:

    Slice the strawberries in half (remove the leaves), and fan out on the top side of the cheesecake. Then sprinkle the rest of the berries around. Drizzle with honey on top (or brush them with apricot jam).

FOR THE CRUST

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

FOR TOPPINGS

  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • blackberries, option
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

FOR THE CRUST

  • Use a glass and press to press the crumbs on an 8" tart pan or pie dish. Make sure to press on the sides to form a crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING

  • Meantime, place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix until creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until combined.
  • Add the heavy cream and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the cream cheese filling into the prepared crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

FOR THE TOPPINGS

  • Cut the strawberries in half and fan out on top of the cream cheese (or use them whole). Then sprinkle the rest of the berries around.
  • Drizzle honey on top.
