Shrimps and Okra Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound okra, trimmed, cut into pieces
  • 1 pound shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 15oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon 21 seasoning salute
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan with oil. Saute garlic and onion, add the tomatoes and okra, stir to mix. Add the seasonings, tomato sauce, and shrimps, stir, cover, simmer for 2 minutes or until the shrimps turn pink and the okra is tender.
