Shrimps and Okra Stew

Ingredients
- 1 pound okra, trimmed, cut into pieces
- 1 pound shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 15oz. tomato sauce
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon 21 seasoning salute
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pan with oil. Saute garlic and onion, add the tomatoes and okra, stir to mix. Add the seasonings, tomato sauce, and shrimps, stir, cover, simmer for 2 minutes or until the shrimps turn pink and the okra is tender.
