Grilled Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs cubed, trim the excess fat
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients, stir to mix well. Thread the chicken onto skewers (metal or wooden sticks). Fold the pieces if they're too long, alternating with bell peppers.
- Preheat the grill, add the chicken kebabs until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the skewers occasionally, 5-10 minutes. Transfer the skewers to a platter and serve.
