Grilled Chicken Kebabs

Chicken kebab is a great choice for entertaining. Here’s an easy and quick kebab recipe.

 

Recipe:

 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs cubed, trim the excess fat
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients, stir to mix well. Thread the chicken onto skewers (metal or wooden sticks). Fold the pieces if they're too long, alternating with bell peppers. 
  • Preheat the grill, add the chicken kebabs until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the skewers occasionally, 5-10 minutes. Transfer the skewers to a platter and serve.
