Gluten Free Banana Oat Waffles

Do you always wonder what to have for breakfast? These waffles are delightfully great to have on a weekend sit down breakfast with family.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate, melted, option
Instructions
- Heat the waffle maker. Place the oats in a food processor, pulse for 30 seconds or until finely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients except oil and melted chocolate. Process until smooth. Transfer into a bowl.
- Brush the waffle maker with oil. Scoop 1 cup of batter and pour it into the waffle maker. Wait for 5 minutes or until it's done. Use a wooden turner, carefully remove from the waffle maker. Top with fruits and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
