Beef and Pepper Stir Fry
Simple dinner recipe! Busy night calls for a quick and easy dish to make. You can use any tender cut beef like top round, sirloin, or rib eye. The secret to getting a tender beef is to make sure the oil is hot enough for frying. Use a high heat point oil like vegetable, canola, or peanut oil. For a little bit of heat, you can add peppercorns or just use ground black pepper.
