Ingredients

watermelon,
seedless, cubed
1/3
cup
maple pure maple syrup
Juice
of
2 small limes
Instructions
Cut the watermelon, slice, and remove the skin.
Place the watermelon chunks into a blender. Add maple syrup and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Use any molds you have available
Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweet and tangy flavor
Add cream to make ice cream
Grilling watermelon is also great when preparing for a BBQ party
