Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Grease an 8x8 square pan or dish.
Lightly dust the surface with flour, roll the dough into 12"-14" diameter.
Brush the dough with butter. Evenly spread the cinnamon, and sprinkle the pecans.
Carefully roll the dough from one end to another end, then form a log.
Use a bench scraper or a knife, equally divide the rolls into 10 pieces. Place them into a prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap, then lay a kitchen towel over. Place the rolls in a warm area of your house and rest for an hour or until they double in size.
When the cinnamon rolls are ready, place them in an oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
Meantime, make the cream cheese frosting. In a bowl, place the cream cheese and butter. Mix until well combined. Add the sugar and mix at low speed until incorporated.
Increase the speed of your mixer to medium-high. Gradually add the cream, continue mixing until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl to get all ingredients incorporated.
When the cinnamon rolls completely cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting on top. Enjoy!
