Ingredients
  

  • 1 canned coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup divided
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Place the coconut cream and chia seeds in an airtight container. Add cocoa powder and 1 1/2  tablespoons maple syrup. Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to serve, layer the chia seed mixture in a glass, arrange the banana slices in between layers and drizzle with remaining maple syrup. Top with coconut cream, coconut flakes, and melted chocolate.
  • Option: Top with crushed roasted pecans. Add a scoop of vegan protein powder
