1bell pepper,cubed
2tablespoons fresh lemon juiced
1teaspoonlemon zest
3garliccloves,minced
2teaspoonsdried dill
2tablespoonsolive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, stir to mix well. Thread the chicken onto skewers (metal or wooden sticks). Fold the pieces if they're too long, alternating with bell peppers.
Preheat the grill, add the chicken kebabs until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the skewers occasionally, 5-10 minutes. Transfer the skewers to a platter and serve.
