Ingredients
  

  • 4 avocados, pitted, mashed
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 red onion
  • Juice of one lime
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the avocados in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.

  • In a bowl, combine the avocados and salsa, stir to mix well. Adjust the salt to your desired taste.
