Teriyaki Chicken with broccoli

Quick and easy dinner but full of flavor!

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken thighs, remove the fat and thinly sliced

1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon tapioca flour dissolved in 1 tablespoon cold water

salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

1 garlic clove, finely minced

1 inch size ginger, finely minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients.

Instructions:

-Heat a pan with olive oil, sauté garlic and onion

-Add the chicken, stir, add salt and pepper, stir and cook the chicken through.

-Add the sauce, stir, lower the heat, and cover for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli, stir to combine. Cover to cook the broccoli for 30 seconds or until they turned bright green. Do not over cooked.
