Homemade Guacamole

Nothing beats HOMEMADE!

Ingredients:

3-4 avocados, mashed

5 Roma tomatoes, rough chopped

1 jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds for milder taste

1 onion, rough chopped

1 whole garlic, peeled

juice of one lime

salt to taste

Instructions:

-Combine all ingredients in the food processor except the avocados.

-Process until everything are chopped up, and a little chunky in texture.

-Mix about 1 cup of the blended salsa into the mashed avocados. Season with salt, mix until smooth. Keep the leftover salsa in an airtight container and refrigerate for 5 days. You can also freeze them and keep them for 4 weeks.
