Basic Omelette

An east to whip egg breakfast! I personally don’t use non-stick pan but if that’s all you have – then your more than welcome to use it to make this omelette.

Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
9 whole eggs
1 bell pepper, small diced

Instructions
-1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and divide into 3 parts. Heat a pan with oil, add the eggs.
-2. Swirl the pan to move the eggs around and to cook evenly.
-3. When the eggs firmed, fill the middle with bell pepper, cheeses, and green onion.
-4. Fold the egg, using your spatula, slide it to a plate. Repeat the process for the remaining 2 more omelettes.
