Chili Pepper Garlic Prawns

It’s undeniable that any wild-caught seafood is more enjoyable than farm-raised. Today we’re making Chili Pepper Garlic Prawns with these gorgeous wild reddish prawns. I love the distinct taste of natural freshwater in these prawns. They go very well with garlic and chili peppers. The garlic has a wonderful flavor that when infused with the oil, the dish taste so much better.

let’s start cooking!

There are chili pepper in oil that are mild. You can find them in most grocery store in their Asian aisle.
