Heat a nonstick skillet with oil. Add the tofu, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Be careful with oil splatter when flipping the tofu. Set them aside.
FOR THE ORANGE SAUCE
In a bowl add all the sauce ingredients. Stir until the cornstarch dissolved. Set it aside.
FOR SAUTEEING
Heat a pan with oil. Add the broccoli and bell pepper, and cook the broccoli and bell pepper for 2-4 minutes or until tender.
Stir the sauce again to make sure all ingredients are well combined. Add the tofu and the sauce to the pan, and stir to combine. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
