Season the shrimps with salt and pepper, let it sit for a minutes. Meantime, heat the pan with 2 tablespoons oil. Add the shrimps and cook until they're pink or opaque. When the shrimps starts to curl they're ready. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Use the same pan and add the rest of the oil. Add the garlic, tomato paste, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce, stir, simmer for a minute.
Add the cooked shrimps back in the pan, stir to combine. It's optional but at this point you'll add the red chili peppers and a pinch of red chili pepper flakes for a little heat.
Drizzle the sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm
