Easy Ham Recipe

Delicious and easy ham for your holiday celebration. The glaze is equally delicous.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 7-8 lbs. fully cooked boneless ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325ºF
  • Score the ham with a shallow cut in a diamond pattern
  • Place the ham on a roasting pan and cover it with foil
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, cinnamon, and cloves.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove the ham from the oven and brush the glaze over the ham.
  • Return the ham to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140ºF.
  • Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
