Chicken Waldorf Salad

Quick, creamy chicken salad with a touch of sweetness from fresh grapes and apples.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 apple, cubed
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and ground pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stir until well combined.
Plate the salad, lay a couple of romaine lettuce on a plate, scoop about a cup of the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce.
Serve with bread slices or mixed greens.
