Air Fryer Fish Fillets

Perfectly Air Fried fish fillets. Moist and tender, and deliciously paired with homemade Mango Salasa.

FOR THE FISH FILLETS
- 5 medium-sized fish fillets,
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
FOR THE MANGO SALSA
- 1 medium-sized ripened mango, diced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, deseed and diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, or chopped jalapeno pepper
FOR THE FISH FILLETS
Preheat an Air Fryer to 375ºF for 5 minutes. Drizzle the fish with oil. Rub the oil on the fillets to coat them well.
Squeeze the lime juice and add smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, ground coriander, and red chili pepper flakes. Rub the seasonings on to the fish to coat them well.
After the Air Fryer is preheated, set the timer to 15 minutes and place the fillets in the basket.
Serve on a bed of mixed greens and top with the homemade Mango Salsa
FOR THE MANGO SALSA
In a bowl, combine mango, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Add the garlic, and season with salt, red chili pepper flakes, and lime juice.
