Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup snow peas trimmed
  • 1 cup crimini mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy chopped
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan with olive oil, saute garlic and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir to mix, cook until the veggies are tender but don't over cook them.
