Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tamari or low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Harissa chili paste
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, no sugar added
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 1 inch size fresh ginger, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 stalk green onion, sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except green onion. Use a whisk or a fork, mix until well combined. Garnish with green onion. Dip each lettuce wrap into the sauce. Enjoy!
