Ingredients

coconut milk or coconut cream

ripe
plantain
sliced

small
sweet potato
peeled and sliced
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
3
tablespoons
chia seeds
4
tablespoons
coconut oil
Instructions
Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, and cinnamon, stir to mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Heat a pan with oil, fry the banana and sweet potato. Brown each side, cool and cut into smaller chunks. Add to your overnight chia seeds.
