Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers seeded and sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spray the pan with olive oil, heat and add the onion. Stirring frequently, cook until tender or caramelized. Set aside.
  • In the same pan add the peppers and mushrooms, stir, cook until tender. Add 21 seasoning salute, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper, stir, cover, simmer for 2 minutes or until well heated. Remove from the heat.  Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
