Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted almonds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, divided
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add the almonds, process until finely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients except 1/4 cup dried cranberries and coconut flakes. Process until it turns into sticky consistency to form into bites. 
  • Transfer to a bowl. Add the rest of the dried cranberries, stir to mix well. Form into a 1-inch ball, roll onto the unsweetened coconut flakes to coat.
