Strawberry Cream Smoothie

Great post-workout drink or a quick breakfast. Nutritious and refreshing!
Course Drinks
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • Juice of one orange, remove the seeds
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. 
  • Option: for extra thickness, add ice
