Preheat your oven to 350. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except almond slices. Mix well until the batter becomes sticky.
Form a ball shape, press onto the prepared pan. Repeat for the rest of the batter. Sprinkle the almond slices on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm. Cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes before serving.
