Ingredients

remove seeds, cubed

salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees, line a baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange the vegetables, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat well. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
