Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender except dill, blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, scraping the sides. Add dill and stir to mix well. 
  • Cut up carrots and celery to go along with the Buffalo Cauliflower. And dip them into the ranch dressing.
