In a bowl, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine well.
In a different bowl, combine the apple, mixed greens, and orange. Pour half of the dressing, stir, toss to coat. Sprinkle the pecans on top, drizzle the rest of the dressing.
