Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, season the cauliflower with Sriracha and salt. Combine well, make sure the cauliflower's well coated.
Dredge the cauliflower in eggs then in almond meal. Line the cauliflower evenly on the baking pan. Drizzle with oil, bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender.
