Heat the waffle maker. Place the oats in a food processor, pulse for 30 seconds or until finely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients except oil and melted chocolate. Process until smooth. Transfer into a bowl.
Brush the waffle maker with oil. Scoop 1 cup of batter and pour it into the waffle maker. Wait for 5 minutes or until it's done. Use a wooden turner, carefully remove from the waffle maker. Top with fruits and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
