  • High powered blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger thumb size or an inch size
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
