Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 3 ripe kiwis
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder, I use The Natural Citizen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • For a smooth and to avoid streaks of greens, always place your greens first in your blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add more ice. 
  • Transfer the smoothie to a bowl. Arrange your favorite toppings like fresh fruits, nuts or unsweetened coconut flakes. 
    For added nutrients: add a tablespoon of the following:
    Chia seeds
    Flax seeds
    Dried Goji berries
    Matcha powder
    Spirulina powder
    Flax oil
