SAUTE THE VEGGIES: Consider pre-cooking the vegetables to remove excess moisture before adding them to the pizza. Start by heating the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced bell pepper, red onion, and broccoli. Season with salt, ground pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the veggies until crisp-tender. Set them aside to cool.
ROLL OUT THE DOUGH: If you make my pizza dough recipe, divide it in half and work the dough one piece at a time. Roll out each portion into a pizza crust of your desired thickness.
