Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale, stem removed, cut into pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan with oil, add the garlic, toast for a few second or until lightly brown but careful not to burn them. Add the kale, season with salt and pepper, stir until wilted. Remove from the heat, set aside.
