Refreshing Summer Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Glaze
This Summer Fruit Salad combines a variety of seasonal fruits, including kiwis, oranges, grapefruits, and berries, for a colorful and flavorful dish. Drizzled with Honey Lime Glaze over the top, adding a burst of citrus to every bite.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced oranges
- 2 cups sliced grapefruit
- 2 cups kiwis
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- juice of one lime
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- CUT THE ORANGES: Start by holding the peeled orange steady and use a sharp knife to cut down the sides of the orange, following the curve of the fruit and removing the white pith. Then, cut along the membrane that separates each segment, making sure to only cut down to the center of the orange. Finally, gently pull the segments apart.
- SLICE THE GRAPEFRUIT: Peel the grapefruit. Using a sharp knife, slice the fruit in half from top to bottom. Then cut each half into thin slices, keeping the shape of the fruit in mind. Finally, cut each slice diagonally to create triangular pieces. Be careful when handling the knife and the slippery fruit.
- CUT THE PEELED KIWIS: Start by cutting them in half lengthwise and then slice each half into bite-size pieces. Be sure to remove any white, trough core that may be in the center of the fruit before serving.
- SLICE THE BANANAS: Slice the bananas into even-sized rounds. Be careful not to apply too much pressure as bananas ae soft and can easily become mushy.
- Combine all the fruits in a bowl. Make the glaze by whisking together the honey, lime juice, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt.
- Drizzle the glaze over the fruit, and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
