ground flax seeds

lemon zest

vegan protein powder,

Instructions
Place the nuts in the food processor. Process for 1 minute or until it's finely chopped (almost close to a powdery texture).
Add the rest of the ingredients, and process for 1-2 minutes or until everything starts sticking together.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, start forming into 1 inch balls. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
