SAMPLE SMOOTHIE RECIPES

In this workshop, you'll learn how to combine whole natural fruits and vegetables to get all the vitamins and minerals your body need. We'll make great tasting and refreshing smoothies and you'll get to take home samples from your host Christine Cropper. These smoothie recipes will be filled with healthy proteins, and bright colored fruits and leafy greens. Get ready to have a fun evening!

OUR MISSION

Christine Cropper is a mom and a teacher. And when she's not tutoring kids she's busy with her home-based business with Shaklee products.  

Hello there, my name is Jen Paleracio I'm a mom of two wonderful girls. My passion is to create healthy recipes that are full of flavors.  I'm also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Community Education Culinary Instructor. 

Christine and I partnered in creating this workshop.  And we would like to invite you to join us for an evening of fun and healthy way to make these recipes that are simple and flavorful. These are not your typical lettuce and celery salads. We're committed to nourishing the body well and at the same time enjoy the flavors of good foods. Our mission is to share our passion for healthy eating by creating simple recipes that the whole family will enjoy. We'll show you how to get plant-based foods on the table without a fuss that's full of flavor and good health.  You're in for some nice treats!

EAT PLANT BASED FOODS

When you eat more of the foods that help your body thrive - you'll feel better and you'll be able to do the things you desire in life. If you feel hungry in the middle of the day and you just had your lunch - that means you need to eat more of the foods that the body recognize as nutrients. Our brain has receptors that can trigger false signals - and eating too much highly processed foods can send these false signals and make us eat more of the wrong foods. 

In this workshop, you'll learn how to create simple great tasting plant-rich foods that will help boost your energy, power your brain, and even shed some extra weight.
